He also said there was a huge legal hold up over the kudus transfer (but obviously wouldn’t say what) and thought it wouldn’t get done any time soon.
I know SC ITKs get abuse here but What Lies Beneath is a very very good one and he's linking us to Omari Hutchinson from Ipswich
55 is reasonable considering recent fees for Solanke, Richy, Johnson and Gray.
This guy under Frank could be something.
Johnson riding the bench! I'm on my kneeees

Weird seeing as one of the reasons we seemed not to want to persist with Eze was his age...29 in a few weeks time, 11 months left on his Brentford contract
As WELL as I'd imagine. As well as Kudus?
They are very different players. If it’s Kudus or Wissa then scattergun doesn’t do it justice
If it’s Wissa as well as Kudus then Richy is gone and it makes sense.
Would likely fuck up UTD getting Mbeumo as well
Eze is 27 and may be past his best already. He is definitely not as quick as he once was. Have no problem with Kudus over Eze.
2-3 years ago I was on the Eze train, but its left the station.
Does it occur to you that Frank wants a certain type of right winger….Mbeumo was allegedly first choice but doesn’t want us. Probably Kudus is his second choice so why blame Levy? Both can play right and centre, with Kudus even more adaptable as regards his position. The way he played the season before last I bet most fans would have eagerly wanted him.himAbsolutely. No way we sign Kudus if West Ham aren't in the shit financially. Textbook Levy transfer strategy.
Hoping Kudus gets completed and Levy does not think I can get away with the bare minimum. Hopefully a couple more key positions get covered with experienced quality . I will then have some custard with my humble pie , but we need two more in my view .
Caveat : We don’t weaken by selling our best players , and the list isn’t long

A centre forward would be nice and dependant on Romero, might need an improvement at right centrebacks.Too many centrebacks, that’s ok as Frank often plays three at the back.Wings sorted with kudus and Tel.
Just leaves a quality defensive minded midfielder and a LB
We probably have 2 too many cbs also
A first team level 6 is not even a want it’s an absolute necessity at this point. The entire window would be a failure if centre midfield is not addressed.
Different needs/requirements for different positions. Our LW is over-staffed currently, so buying Eze probably only makes sense if we can shift some others. Son is almost certainly staying another season, and he was better last season than many say.Weird seeing as one of the reasons we seemed not to want to persist with Eze was his age...
Kudus being 2-3 years younger made sense... But Eze is 2 years younger than Wissa, so I don't understand the logic there... Unless we're just gonna buy EVERYONE!
Ideally serious LB competition and a DM

If Romero stays there’s a very good chance we do nothing except maybe sell Ben Davies and Son. I’m sure Frank would like to get a good look at Bissouma before sanctioning a sale, too. If a save could be made there that’d be amazing for us, and I’ve good reason to believe that it could.A centre forward would be nice and dependant on Romero, might need an improvement at right centrebacks.Too many centrebacks, that’s ok as Frank often plays three at the back.
More I look into it more I like Hjulmand. But who could we realistically sign that is first-team ready? There aren't many 6s out there for us seemingly. Especially ones that can pass as well as break up play.
