As it is i don't think we have done anything wrong but enforcing a contract between other parties would be difficult. In my amateur mind the player needs to complain to the FA as they are breaching the terms of his contract.
A reserve is a guaranteed sale. Once bids go past it you literally get a message saying it's sold.
All it does is mean the item doesn't sell if it doesn't make the reserve. Same as any auction.
They can't, but there is a place for a pause of concern, based on the fine detail within the clause,and if any specific element has been breached.
