I have actually just found out the full story from the players side now, and whilst I can't disclose any of it this whole mess is completely understandable.

Paying CP more won't change anything...... And realistically how much more would you have to pay the player to change his mind that football's not the most important thing in his life? ...........5-10m extra p/a (on top of what the scum offer) for 5 years?

And btw its always monitoring or identifying if you want to step ahead of the rivals while they have spent what they needed thus far you bid

Rodrygo is better on the lw which he isn't getting at Madrid due to vini so with son likely going rodrygo would be the main guy on the left. Bayern getting Diaz means one less team pit of the race and we have to hope Woolwich want eze more. Not a whole host of teams can afford 90 mill and city don't need him either

But dippers did not pay 130M to replace Elliot as Elliot is not even a regular starter. They have bought a player who competes with their other starting 11 midfielders like gravenbach, macallister and the Hungarian.
