Rodrygo offer likely 70m + add ons taking it well over 80+.
Add ons would have to be realistic - i.e. champs league qualification for next year. Maybe a domestic cup
Salary? Well, he's on 200k a week. I'd expect he's ask for 250 to 300.
Personally, I can't see it happening unless there are zero offers from big clubs. In which case, it won't be till deadline day. I assume he's being forced out of Madrid?
I think at that time though we were fortunate to have Keane, Defoe, and Mido picking up his slack and for where we were as a club at the time that was a very good 3/4 of a strike force.Nothing wrong with Rory Allen, Neal Fenn, Paul McVeigh and Steffen Iversen...
I remember a game when we had Andy Booth and Dave McEwen as attacking options.
And lets not forget the great Grzegorz Rasiak... dark days.
Quotes from Frank essentially saying they recruit to their own plan, not what he asks for like they did at Brentford…
2 dots on your helmet … big dealIf Rodrygo plays for Tottenham Hotspur this season I’ll get a tattoo of Levy’s face on my cock.
And lost his place to 47 year old Willian
How's the game changing stadium going for Spurs? Is the question to be asked here. How's the unlimited funds working for Newcastle and Villa in this window?
There's only a certain amount of PSR FFP trouncing you can do, think we're 4th in net spending when it comes to transfers in the league in the last 5 years, will probably be there this window come the end of it. Can question what we spend the money on or if we spend enough but can't argue there's not money to be spent.

I just can't see Rodrygo coming here to be part of a strike force with Solanke and Johnson. Can only see him going somewhere with galactacos like PSG, Liverpool, City.
Spurs lack a physical presence in central midfield (Palhinha aside) and now want 5ft 7 Casado? hmmm![]()
A dump that has won 2 titles and the Champions league in the last 6 years. The only thing is this is London, class stadium.
Liverpool is a dump at the best of times.
We make more money from this stadium than we did from White Hart Lane. It's just expectations isn't it, has it allowed us to spend more money than 16 other clubs and more wages than 13 other clubs, yeah. Has it given a sudden influx of money in the way Newcastle, Villa and Chelsea have had with new ownership, no..

The team was better in the few years before the new stadium was opened.
Sure more has been spent but the same can be said for most other PL teams, so the new stadium has maintained the status quo. The club has spent more but because of increased player value, they're actually worse players than what was there in the few years prior to the new stadium opening.
The last time I checked the club had a hefty transfer budget debt.
