I dunno why I'm weirdly confident, possibly cos everyone feels it's SO nailed on we'll lose it almost feels like we're some non-League side (who nobody likes) going up to somewhere like Anfield in Liverpool's late '70s pomp and expecting us to get absolutely spanked, and be grateful of it!
PSG are very good, but they HAVE the BIG prize they so coveted they had to buy it...
this won't even register on their radar as anything but a glorified pre-season inconvenience....
We on the other hand WILL take it seriously I reckon... We're not THAT good that we can afford not to!

And as much as I agree with most of this, PSG changed their strategy from superstars on astronomical wages, to buying smart, system players. And they've obviously had more success. Their first team probably didn't cost much more than ours, which is a sobering thought.

For the people insisting on the back 5 -we haven't tried it once in pre-season! Common sense states that we will stick to what we've been doing all pre season and play a back 4.

This is my preference. I think Johnson through the middle will really stretch their defence on the counter. That front 3 can be fluid and move around. I think Richarlison is a waist in this game - he will offer little threat on the counter and we won't have enough of the ball to create chances for him. I'd rather see Tel and Johnson through the middle with Kudus having a free role to roam. Midfield 3 sits and plays pragmatic.

Last time we faced PSG, we started with a front 4 of Janssen, N'Koudou, Eriksen and Onamah and we won 4-2
They’ll come out fast and try and win it early. If we can survive that onslaught and stay in the game our fitness should start to tell and we can probably get at them 2nd half, and I imagine a lot of subs will make it scrappy.
