He scored 10 goals in La Liga season before at just 19.

Also City's highest assister last season.

You aren't getting young players of his potential for under 50 million from other top clubs, it just isn't happening.

And the problem on taking punts on younger players who haven't proven anything? well we have two of those in Odobert and Tel who none of us are happy with as being starters this season.

So what do we do?
 
we paid 64 for that useless cunt ndombele, savinho is at least worth that, far bigger talent.

thats the joys of being the top powerhouse for the last 5 years like city, they get premium for players who they have as fringe.

These transfer fees are just getting beyond stupid. They don’t seem to be based in any form of reality within the wider European market. If he was playing for PSV or Porro or Frankfurt he’d be half that price.

I mean it's not rocket science, the world class data is telling us that the best wingers are Lamine Yamal and Desire Doue and Bukayo Saka, the data would be wrong if it wasn't saying that.

We can't get those players. Who is good that we can get?
 
We Tried FC fucks it up again.

Incredibly funny (and sad) that the money we wasted on Odobert, Tel, and Gray would pay for Eze and Savinho combined.

I don’t know. I’m not a massively well paid Technical Director with a staff of scouts and a world class data lead system.

Solanke had English tax and just contributed to 22 league goals for Bournemouth. Also: he was overpriced.

I’m not arsed about the fee (it’s not my money and we’ll only spend it on a hotel) but city are being cheeky as fuck demanding it. He was thoroughly underwhelming for them last season.

A great season in the league Antony was good in means nothing to me, it’s a league where lightweight dribbly wide players thrive.
