I remember the nerds back in the day being overcome with nerdy, statistical joy about the Ramos and AVB appointments but were appalled by the Redknapp one. Seemed fairly lukewarm on Poch as well. Like the rest of us they dont have a clue, its as much about luck as judgement. Right place, right time.
Data nerds and tactics hipsters are *slightly* different categories of obnoxious internet know-it-alls who never kicked a football in their lives.

Data nerds are newer, they didn't really exist yet back in 'Arry's day.

Data nerds are warmer to Frank than tactics hipsters, who are all busy mourning Daddy Ange anyhow.

Richi and Kudus tiring and having to be subbed for woeful Tel and unfit Solanke killed the high press and enabled PSG to advance and get a foothold.

Really emphasised the lack of depth/drop off in quality outside the first 11.

Yup... We've got an absolute prat here calling him "PE Teacher" any chance he gets.
He has a BA in Physical Education. I'm not sure if that alone permits him to be a teacher in Denmark but it's certainly a qualification for PE.

Apparently he started his career by coaching children under 8 years old, in his home town club of Frederiksaerk.

It's on his Wikipedia page.

I quite like Frank and have nothing against him but he is at times unintentionally amusing.

Very good start for Frank. Very professional win today. Got all the subs spot on. I think most of us would have hooked Johnson and Gray at half time but both had a huge impact in the second half then.

First half was flat and below standards but that is probably expected after the super cup loss. Brilliant second half!
