So weird how Rangers and Celtic fans don’t even want to fill up their grounds unless they’re either in Europe or playing each other.
Not great competition domestically, hence limited excitement at matches and stadiums not full.
Being a bit brutal, but both Celtic and Rangers are Championship class and their Scottish domestic competition is more like L1 or L2 standard

I know why but it is still weird. I think there’s just bad support up there, on top of the poor quality of sides. Many a cup final/semi final highlight I’ve seen where Celtic and/or Rangers will fill out their half of Hampden, but then Aberdeen for example won’t even fill a quarter of the other half.
And in the second point, I agree with you, although I think Celtic are closer to a bad Prem team and Rangers are a good Championship side.
Football and voodoo are a funny thing. Anything to help break your duck. Garbage goals, garbage assists- you eat those up gladly, however u can!
