Same, I’ve genuinely never been this rattled by a transfer falling through . What was I thinking believing for once we were going to act like a serious institution.I am surprised, angry, and angry at myself for being surprised
Havertz got injured yesterday and Woolwich have already agreed a deal for his replacement. Maddison got injured 3 weeks ago and we couldn't get a deal done. It's soul-destroying what that prick is doing to this club.
Agreed and it sums him up completely. Saw the extra possible pound signs and everything down the toilet at the expense of it.Anyone else think humiliating Richarlison isn't a good look either. Then getting told to fuck off anyway. SeriouslyAdmin I begging you DO NOT allow pathetic threads started about players we haven't officially signed. Its ridiculous. Please just delete them when some feeble gets over excited
Some fans will blame Eze and palace but this is on levy. If the club you support comes in for you he's always going to choose them.
How the fuck does cock up after cock up make us look like a serious club?Eze didn’t want to come - simple as - he knew scum were in the background and was just a matter of them waiting to know what the deal was before they stepped in . Levy dragged this out cos it made him look like we were a serious club but knowing full well , like Savinho the player was never going to come .
Yep. That is exactly it. They have ambition and a chairman who wants the football team to be the best it can. We have a clown who is more bothered about hotels, concerts and profits. So Maddison gets injured weeks ago and we are still fucking about , Havertz gets injured and they are making moves straight away , thanks Levy
Simons would be top choice over pretty much anyone including Eze but he only wants Chelsea (big red flag).
Akliouche, on paper, looks a better option than Eze, IF, he can replicate his play in the PL as he is a more progressive passer.
Nico Paz would be next best choice IMO.
Then there is El Khannouss, who could surprise a few people.
Then there are players we haven't even been linked too such as Ben Seghir and Rodrigo Mora (not a progressive passer and only 18 but already insanely good).
We should sign Savinho in addition to one of the above.
I understand players are bought over time. But Levy always insists on his terms and conditions. I bet you still excited by Levy's terms considering we not getting Eze now.Over 90% of purchases are paid for in instalments - the most common seems to be equal instalments over 5 years
The few purchases of players paid for in one amount is typically to activate release clauses - mostly for players in countries such as Spain where release clauses are mandatory.
Hope that helps you understand the issue better
