The kicker of this window is that - in terms of net effect - even if we signed 2 x #10s it wouldn't so much move the needle as it would re-set the needle (thanks to the Madz & Kulu problem).
A new #10 is straight up essential.
Ideal but not essential imo
We could get a quality left winger, kudus could play at 10 with johnson right. Not perfect but a valid option.
Seeing how well we have done with sarr in there may give frank food for thought in the matter.

I think the club knows what it needs to do. The 10’s is painful but Kulusevski will at least be back in a few months.
Frank seems a master of flexibility so capable of playing a flat 3 midfield like we did against City without a 10. But if we can get Savinho, Paz and Kudus behind Richy that would be outstanding. I really hope the rumours of investment are true because the club always leaves a hole here of there and it always bites our arse during the season. I think fans would be shocked how good we could actually be if we went into a season with a complete team.

All these realistic 10 options scream underwhelming players we’ll struggle to move on in a few seasons.
Just get Savinho in. Find another creative winger. Even if it’s just a loan. Frank will have to get creative vs low blocks.
If we sign anyone at this price range then at best it will be BEK even then I struggle to see how we will spend close to 100m in last week of window.
Let's hope fans make their feelings clear next weekend v Bournemouth.
