Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Hincapie we have obviously been interested for in a while, but he'd be second fiddle to VDV for the LCB role. We are not going to pay £50M+ for a third choice centreback, no way, and nor should we, even with VDV's previous injury problems. We are not Man City. We should be looking to use that money where we actually need it, ie. the No.10 spot and potentially another 8.

I think the club should have Daniel Levy come on here and explain himself!

@Vinai we know he has you reading this forum to gauge the fan sentiment. Get him on here to explain himself!

Let’s see how we do in games 3 and 4 and against the equivalent teams before we start saying we’ve improved or it’s been a good start then. At the moment the difference is two points. Man City good performance, but probably not as good as last years. Burnley was a struggle for 65minutes
That's fine, and I totally agree.
But we did not start well last season. Which is what you said.
Even the season before, when we were top after 10 games was "only" 4 points after 2 games.

I'm not 100% sure here, but I've a sneaky feeling Nono has the best "start" with 3 straight wins.

Spurs offer for Hincapie was loan with 60m euro obligation. Different payment structure spread over many years. This does not work for Leverkusen It does not work for player as well because he is in direct talks with Woolwich.
