A non executive chairman leads the board, but is not active in the day to day operations.

Charrington will vote on everything that the board has to make a decision on. But everything else will be handled by Vinai and the rest within the corporate structure.
 
Various info through the summer of big changes. And big changes there have been culminating with the biggest.
Peter Charrington being put on the board by Enic convinced me that something was happening.

The shareholders share is not "represented" on the board of directors. The board of directors just run the club, it can be any person. Shareholders (members) can organise shareholder meetings and force the board to do things but ownership (members) and the running (directors) is separate.

As for a non-executive chairman, that is just someone not on the board who does the same sort things as a chairman.

I don’t think Daniel was home and away when he was 21.
Sugar was never a Spurs fan. Not even a football fan . You could tell the way he spoke about football when he was the owner that he hadn’t a clue. His family were fans, he was more into making money.
One good thing is that Paratici will be in charge of the football side of the club ,recruitment etc.
Just don’t get caught again, Fabio.

In theory, yes, but at Spurs I can't see Levy's interests not being 'represented', as it were.
