While I do, honestly, agree with

's post above - I've also stated multiple times that our squad was not as bad as the aussie amateur made it look. Consistent, cohesive, coordinated defending will go a very long way towards getting this squad to reach its potential. Frank seems to be doing a fairly good job of installing that.
The big question is to what extent Ange's methods created the threadbare squad he had to deal with last season.While I do, honestly, agree with
If this team could play once a week and have Romero and Van de Ven play every minute of every game, and always have the most fit and in form attackers playing, we'd be in extremely promising shape.

I don't think it's just a bounce at all.
There's already very good evidence suggesting Frank is an excellent coach.
I also think we have a fantastic squad. We've just became use to losing with Ange. He really was a poor, poor coach. Good motivator but that only takes you so far.
There will still be plenty of bumps this season for Frank to navigate, but they'll just be blips whilst he continues to work on things.
The curve will be a steady assent under this guy.
