I don’t get why we have so many that hate Ange. I’m glad he’s away because the league last season was a shit show but he was our manager when we had our best night of supporting this club for most of us.

I actually hope he does well because I’ll always have a soft spot for him because of the Europa last year.

I see an awful lot less hatred for all our previous managers that won fuck all.
Yep I’m not a hater either. Out of his depth but refreshing for a while, got us a trophy and was an interesting ride. Glad he is managing someone else but resorting to names like Fat Prick is bloody childish

LOL at people who still can't handle increasingly valid criticism of their messiah. How any of them deal with real conflict is beyond me.

I suggest popping on some emo music about people being mean to your daddy, relieve yourself into your battered Ange-Light, and let it all out.
Genuinely can not imagine how stupid he in particular must feel. The level of his excuses obfuscation and denial in defence of such flawed person was an object lesson in how people who have been conned just go deeper. Its pathetic. Emo music, actually therapy is in order.

I think if you were and are massively effected by a group of posters joining a forum as they like a manager, it maybe says more about you than it does about them.

As for the man himself, let himself down in some ways and did very well in others. But he’s got fuck all to do with us now.
Part of the animosity is that there was such a large contingent of Spurs fans who saw all the excruciating detail of him leading us down to 17th place, then after he backed into the Europa trophy they suddenly wanted him back and they were very loud about it. Shouting that he 'deserved' to come back despite how dreadful it had truly been for nearly all his tenure.

Ange's legacy was that we went from a joke after the Conte and Nuno fiascos to being a really bad joke under his leadership, and it got so bad that the chairman for life was even pushed out. 99% of the club supporters were Ange Out the week before the final and rightly so.

But he started blustering about his third season and all the rest as if he was entitled to it, as if he deserved anything other than the sack... Never been so happy to see a manager off

Yeah the people that changed their mind after the final scared me. It was worrying how emotion alone was enough for them to simply abandon logic and the overwhelming evidence of his lack of competence. People on social freaked out when I maintained he was all ready gone....but you know thus endeth all intelligence.

It’s high octane incredibly exciting stuff isn’t it?

So, he starts the interview by telling the 'girlie' that she's wrong and that he wasn't frustrated, continues to tell her she's wrong in every question she asks, then at 1min 52sec, having just told her she's wrong again, tells her he WAS frustrated!

Come on Ange - make yer mind up maaaaaaaaate.

Then, having given the most deflated, depressing interview imaginable, he finishes up by saying there shouldn't be any sense of deflation!!! heehee

He’s just a grassroots parent type coach who somehow ended up in the Prem. it’s worthy of a film tbh

Exactly.

The closure he provided was a gift, and him being gone only enhances that. Levy gone doubly so.

Poch made us Dare, some fat Australian bloke somehow made us Do, and now we can look forward.

It's very refreshing, I'm happier as a Spurs fan than I've been in a long time.
Champions League football, Levy's hand no longer on the transfer dealings and his job taken away.

All our dreams came true and the shit season was worth it in the end.

The whole EM, Ange, Nuno, MGW sub plot to this season is hilarious and entertaining. It’s a total farce actually and I’m really enjoying it. I thought he’d have a bounce, and maybe these last two results are part of a bounce

How quickly have Forest fallen in the past month ffs?

Between the trophy and doing so fucking shite in the league that the Lewis family appears to have woken up, Ange may have done more for this club than anyone since at least Burkinshaw, if not Nicholson.

Didn’t see a huge amount of people on here wanting him to stay. Or people who I spoke to at matches nearer the end of his tenure and again after the Euro win. I was probably one of the last to crack on here and with my match going friends and even I didn’t think he should stay on.

But there’s levels to it. He got sacked and he’s now at a club that means nothing to us and people are still banging on about him being a fat cunt. As I said, it’s weird as fuck.
