Match Spurs v Brighton (Away) - Sat 20th September - KO: 3pm

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Ok , up to the boys to give me some joy today, Lewis out of top ten, Oscar out for McLaren and only Norris left. A win today will definitely improve my mood.

Looks like Frank has given up on this Johnson-on-the-left experiment. Good.

Sarr and Bergvall are quite redundant together, so it's good to see only one on the pitch.

Not very optimistic about Richarlison holding his own against Van Hecke and Dunk in terms of keeping the ball. Let's see.
.... apart from saying 'Good' twice, have you anything positive to say??

Hybrid 4-2-3-1/4-3-3 with good defensive Palhinha–Bentancur solidity against an attacking Brighton. Bergvall mobile between the two formations.

Looking forward to this – taking full advantage of Bergvall on a roll. Plus curious to see the Udogie–Odobert combo on the left wing. Kolo with a training ground knock, thus Richie is the choice.

A lot of attacking potential, with good bench resources, and all part of a developmental curve.

I am happy with that team.

Good to give Odobert a run out on the left. Muani, nothing you can do... will be good to see him play against Doncaster... I am going to enjoy watching that game.

Xavi, yeah, rest him, not an issue, by rights we have enough in that lineup to win to today, the question will always be, will the heads and attitude turn up.

Spurs win, COYS!!

Sometimes your best chance of getting a win is to not chase it zealously from the kick-off, and let the game come to you instead. It'd be quite a reach to say that Frank will be playing for a draw here based on this XI alone.

But then we were playing these sort of games with a midfield trio of Bentancur-Kulusevski-Maddison as late as last season, so I don't blame people for thinking this way.
