Gray needs to get minutes there if we're serious about trying to develope him into a top CM long term. These are the type of games he should be playing there

Good balance between resting and staying relatively strong. Bear in mind Doncaster have made 9 changes as well. That second 11 is far better than some line ups we were putting out in the league last season
