They're so fucked, utterly shit defence that hasn't really been looked at at all in the window, probably stuck trying to make 3ATB work because who are their fullbacks in a back 4? Which 2 CBs can hold the line in a back 4 without getting utterly exposed? Conte makes the most sense in my head though their WBs are pretty shit, Emery the favourite stinks of disaster to me. Glasner is a shout but his stock is high, top clubs will look favourably on how he has rolled with the punches losing Olise then Eze in consecutive summers, United are a bigger mess than he needs at this early juncture of his career.
Conte really makes so much sense for them its unreal, plays 3 at the back which they are forced into atm with their shit defence, they can probably blow Napoli out of the water on his wages, they wouldn't be a million miles off his 3-4-3 with some astute additions in defence and midfield, and they don't need to establish a dynasty right now, they need to save themselves falling off the face of the elite footballing landscape. Here's hoping they do go for Emery.
