Behave, Fullkrug a striker with 3 goals in 24 games for WHU and Summerville who has done precisely fuck all outside the championship are not better players than Richy and Odobert, whether they're good enough for Spurs or not. Bowen yes is a good player but I wouldn't swap even that rotation front 3 for theirs.
