Plenty of choice at better prices outside the stadium. Can anyone understand getting rid of 3 decent lagers Amstel , Heineken and Morretti and replacing it with fake Spanish lager madri crap? Whilst charging premium rate for it even though it’s not a premium beer in the classic pub set like a peroni , Stella, morretti etc.
levy up to his old cheapskate biz!
To only have a choice of one is shite.
There is but at no8 I think that’s what it’s called just down the road past the club shop they were charging over £8 a pint. Not exactly cheap.
That's a shit hole tourist trap. The C&H is a decent pub and there's a few others around that have a good selection of beer for around a fiver. There is but at no8 I think that’s what it’s called just down the road past the club shop they were charging over £8 a pint. Not exactly cheap.
If tend to agree, but also feel that giving kids the opportunity to look after their own money is important too. Tough balance to achieve.I don't think it's a terrible idea to charge them rent and stick it in a savings account earmarked to help with their deposit
If you like quality beer then the Antwerp Arms is excellent and is community owned too. There’s also the tap room at Redemption Brewing so you’ll get super fresh ale, craft beer and lager. There is but at no8 I think that’s what it’s called just down the road past the club shop they were charging over £8 a pint. I plan on going there before the Chelsea game, not been in before. Heard lots of good reports. If you like quality beer then the Antwerp Arms is excellent and is community owned too. There’s also the tap room at Redemption Brewing so you’ll get super fresh ale, craft beer and lager.

What’s our overall record since it opened ? Feels like 1 in 3 defeats.3 wins in the last 18 matches at home. Truly inspiring stuff at our stadium![]()
At least the prices are reasonable...3 wins in the last 18 matches at home. Truly inspiring stuff at our stadium![]()
Nothing so grand, it was my primary schoo,l Our Lady’s., and yes we got it too.The grammar school for boys who often got a kicking from the less cerebral natives? Or were you one of those bastard natives?
To dominate at our place we need big personalities, but honestly I don’t see any. Cuti maybe.
I used to go to Vicky Park to pick up boys!
A 30k stadium was totally uncompetitive. We needed the big stadium and can fill it but yes the atmosphere is not good enough. It needs the team performing as well as the fans to be more vocal. They’ve fucked up with the new stadium for sure. I think it is too big. Fucking quiet in there today. People would rather sing in the bars than in the stadium.
