I don’t think I’ve seen a Tottenham team as boring in my 44 years of supporting us. Even when we’re utterly shit in the 90s we always created chances and scored goals.
Yesterday was horrendous and it’s up there with Bournemouth and Villarreal. It’s a tough watch and I never ever think we are going to score when we go forward. Our league position is bonkers considering how bad we are.

Yeah, some of this must be filtering through (surely?) but there really needs to be someone support side taking ownership of this and bringing it to the club because there's so many ways in which we are actively hampering our home games. When you look at our current record, should be busting a gut in analysing where we could improve - stewards, away fan placement, every minute detail to give us an advantage and the away team the opposite. It's not a sodding spa away day

The lack of singing was very sad.
The Paxton was never as loud as the Park Lane and the Shelf, 90's - 08, but the contrast with yesterday was shocking.
Paxton Road would have been very noisy for a home game with Chelsea when I had my season ticket there.
The away support were in the South West corner in those days which kept the Park Lane lively and that would spread to the South East part of the Shelf.
The away supporters need to be relocated to the South end of the West to help the team.
Towards the end Reece James was giving the Chelsea fans the big come on - I did shout from the mid north tier don’t you know your fan base are the most vile racist fans going? - sadly I don’t think he heard me cos he seemed to ignore me!!How did you not know?

They're a stain on society, but as long as we as a club fail to beat them ON the pitch with any regularity, then their fans OFF the pitch feel vindicated and emboldened to be any way they like towards us....
That's why I despise them as human beings, let alone the filth stain of a club they support....

Yeah, I've seen a lot of people defending criticism of the support and while you absolutely can understand some apathy building over the last year or so, there's no doubt the singing has been pretty shocking. It's so quiet at times, the club need to be thinking about how they can improve it because the football and the fans might not be able to do it themselves. Also a lot of away fans I've spoken to are often more than happy to say how poor the atmosphere has been
The league is so packed together. We're 2 points ahead of 11th, and after this run, inevitably playing woefully, we'll be well down there after 18 games.
He's the wrong fit for the club. It's the worst football I've seen anyone play. It's amateurish.
At least in the 90s we had Ginola
Great player in a poor side but we still knocked the all conquering ManU out of the league cup in the quarter finals in 98/99 beating Leicester in the final!
And it used to be the opposite of that.
Away supporters loved WHL because of the atmosphere.
The location of the away supporters is one of the biggest problems the new stadium has in my opinion.
Within 5 minutes of Paul Coyte attempting to artificially stimulate the crowd; the steward in block 113 was literally patrolling up and down the steps telling everyone to sit down and thretaening to have them thrown out.
It was a piss take.
Do we even know if these people support Spurs?
It's taken me a while to get my head round that shit-show last night. Everyone knows I'm not one to analyse a game, and I can't offer any real insight on how to fix it.
My take on it is
- there's no cohesion between the three areas.
- why did every ball into the box land comfortably in their keeper's hands, I suspect he won't have a quieter evening for the rest of the season (apart from when we go to SB!).
- their goal would grace any pantomime.
- not that it would have made any difference, but think one of theirs should have been sent off.
- Micky and Djed's reaction at the end of the game was not a good look, any issues that they may have needs to be confronted and resolved in the dressing room.
Not much else to say, can't say I'm looking forward to Tuesday night or next weekend, in fact I think I'm dreading it.

Joking aside, For all the intricate planning and attention to detail that went into the design and layout of the stadium, you would've thought this would be a massive consideration...
Not just because of what end of the ground they're in, that whole corner is very visible on TV (which wouldn't have been the case if the TV gantry was back on top of the East stand like at WHL)
... but they're also next to the family stand, who are unlikely to 'give any back' or worse still, feel intimidated in their OWN ground! That just shouldn't happen!
Coupled with the ludicrous Premier 1882 block being slap bang in the middle of the South stand breaks up momentum of ANY songs sweeping round the stand...
The atmosphere in the concourse behind 253 is always raucous, but simply dissipates as soon as everyone disperses to their various parts of the stand at kick off...
I'm not saying we have to instil division within the ground, but a designated SINGING FANS section RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE, or better still TWO areas, one further up, and one directly below to create a singing 'spine' that can spread organically across the stand, and hopefully the rest of the stadium...
By the same token, I also think a designated 'tourist/photo op' section higher up would provide not only a spectacular view for peoples' Insta pages, but also stop the nauseating sight of swathes of the South stand crowd NOT clapping during chants, for fear of dropping their phones!!!
....and yes, shove the Away fans as far away from sight (and sound) as possible!!!

Ffs he was bought in to improve the players, make us hard to beat and generally a more professional looking team that looks as if it has been coached. We look nothing but that at the moment.

How the fuck you can consider the vast majority of last season's games "entertaining" is mystifying.
All the supa-attacking football was long gone by the end of season 1.
