That looks like a real page turner.
He’s not half as good. BC loves him because he’s got a foreign name and is silkier on the ball but he doesn’t offer any of the steel, ball carrying/drive or physicality in general. He can have stand out games but isn’t near as consistent (other than that one season) nor does he turn up in big games like Rice does all the time.
If they’d paid 100 for him it would be a lot more of a waste. He’s good, but not top 5 in his position.. which rice obviously is, unless you’re just agenda monkeying.

And that no one here is allowed an opinion on coaches or players, or scouts, or the board room, since we're not pros. We could talk about the weather, or really fucking stupid arguments, I guess.

I watched as much as probably anyone else here did, Dudu, oh wise one, who watches every minute of football ever, by the sounds of it.
Did they set the world alight, not overly, but you could see what they were doing, unlike whatever the hell it is we're playing. But hey Dudu man, they didn't have a preseason and ~£200m to implement their ideas either, did they? As far as I remember they took over struggling sides, shot of confidence at the wrong end of the table.

Well they have already got the money from our ST holders.
Up to them if they choose to go when they can’t sell them.
