Look, we’re going to win, we’re going to beat PSG. We all know how it goes, we play great and win against a team that it was considered would smash us and then we all get excited, think that good times are back .. and then we lose to Fulham and we’re straight back to being all depressed again ..

We are expected to lose this game by most people, so don't think the fallout will be too bad, unless it's like 6 or 7 nil.
I think if we lose the Fulham game and play crap again that things will get real toxic, not just in here.
To be honest I'd much rather beat Fulham on the weekend then PSG.
Yeah the Fulham game is the one. If we beat PSG that means we've got a better chance of top #8 in the CL but, let's be real, our absolute limit in the CL is quarter finals this season and that would be a stretch on current form. It's not a hugely meaningful game, although would obviously be great to get a result.
A win against Fulham gets us back up the table, gets us over the home form hoodoo, and could give us a replicable gameplan to build on as Fulham are a much more the typical type of team we'll play regularly in the league rather than a world class squad like PSG's.
If we lose to PSG no-one will care that much as we're expecting it. Lose to Fulham at home and his job is genuinely hanging in the balance with Newcastle away the next fixture. Lose that and Brentford and I think he's a gonner (maybe even if we beat PSG).

Send a tired or second-choice side out against Fulham because you put out your best side against PSG midweek only to lose, and then lose to Fulham on top of that is a fucking disaster for us. Frank needs to screw his head on tight and realize the league is the only comp we have a chance of doing decently in this year- ESPECIALLY given his early subpar results...
Ive already checked out to be honest. Didn't even watch it on Sunday despite having nothing better to do. If that makes me a shit supporter (which it definately does) then so be it, Im fine with that. When it had got to the point with Ange where u knew it was a foregone conclusion that against anyone decent we'd get not only beaten but have our arse handed to us on a plate I did the same. Can't quite believe Im back at that point already to be honest. Im not one of these toxic negative idiots who comes on here spouting off about anything and everything and slagging the players off. But it genuinely gets me quite down watching us when we are like this and ive got enough proper shit to worry about without something that should be a pleasure in life making it worse. Fair play to all the genuine supporters who go week in week out and even those who can sit through this shit for 2 hours on the TV every few days. I just cant I'm afraid.
