I think we need to go all guns blazing on Saturday night and get a statement win. It’s the only way this will turn around and change the mood. A turgid 1-0 will do fuck all for anyone’s mood.
We must start Gray and Bergvall. Get kudus on the right and play the same two up top(can’t believe I’m saying play Richi)and go after them. Bergvall in that inside left midfield position suits him because he’s got the legs to get out to wider areas defensively but can get up and down the pitch. Udogie must start because Spence offers absolutely nothing on the ball.
Big month for Thomas coming up and he needs it to click and get it right.
 
I'd honestly take a 2-2 where we absolutely smash them to bits and create a load of chances (like 4xg) than to win 1-0 where we score off a set piece and create fuck all, I really need to see something from this team and this manager.

We need the performance more than the win IMO, a performance like that would lead to more sustainability over the long term as opposed to a lucky win which tells us nothing.

To be honest he’s never shown any real attacking qualities for us. I know he plays on the left more but you can still offer a threat. He’s got all the attributes but uses only one which is 1v1 defending. He’s top notch at that but I don’t think he’s a good overall defender. His lack of awareness around him worries me especially if a cross is coming in from our right

I think he’s one of these players that acts cocky but can’t back it up. I don’t find him likeable which doesn’t really come into it but I can’t warm to him.

The England call up was bizarre for me.

You mean like we did in the Burnley game which still feels like our best all round performance.

The highlight for me was the outfits Besty and Marshy were wearing for the interview. Besty’s particularly . You could tell they were getting a bit inpatient towards the end ; the evening’s entertainments beckoning .

WE REALLY need the win though!
A great performance but no win to show for it could break many of us... if we can't beat Fulham at home ....

I love how we're not allowed to hope for BOTH!
