They ain’t sacking Frank unless we get into a relegation fight. He will have till summer and if not good enough Poch will probably be back. Wasn’t the rumour that Donna Cullen and Poch hated each other, well she is gone as is Levy.

Said he won’t manage anyone here but Liverpool. Can’t see him going back on his word.
He was always gonna say something like that to placate the Liverpool fans who treated his departure like the passing of a loved one.
I'd take it with a pinch of salt and I'd bet my house on him returning to the Prem one day. With someone else.
But we won’t even try. We're not a serious club. So long as we continue to ride the Premier League gravy train and milk it's teats to grow our non footballing portfolio our ownership are content. (I think some of our fans are too, unfortunately)

Genuinely don’t think yet another change of manager will change anything, club needs a clean out from top to bottom.
Of course. Most of us realise that nothing changes until everything changes. ENIC need to sell up, fuck off, and stop holding this club and it's fanbase to ransom.
But until that happens, crap owners and a good manager is preferential to crap owners and a crap manager

But watching this dross week after week is so frustrating. I would hope some menager can, at least, have us playing more attacking football.
I’m not saying Frank is the guy, but we’ve gone through these changes season after season,
we see a slight uptick in form, only for it to turn to dross again after a few months.

Unless something drastically changes the likes of Glasner, or whoever would share the same fate.

Fixing the issues at Spurs requires the owners to acknowledge their poor recruitment, invest substantial money on proven/ready players, while moving on players who clearly don’t suit the league.

Palinha is diabolical. Seems good because he can tackle, but him playing is total detriment to the team. He can do nothing except tackle. When he plays, we can't shift the ball forward, he can't pass, he can't dribble, so the ball stays in our third and teams pick us off with their press.
No coincidence that as soon as he went off today that we were in the ascendency. Obviously our refusal to do anything but cross or play for set pieces meant we created nothing, but as soon as he comes off, it's like a choker collar has been removed.

Bayern obviously figured this out very quickly, and got rid of him very sharpish. No doubt we'll sign him in the summer.
He"s crap. Couldn't believe how many were fawning over him when we loaned him. He cannot be signed permanently. In fact, if we can end the loan in January then get rid.

I just don’t think the manager will make that big of a difference, might mean we move up or down a few spots on the table, but that’s about it.

Agree that it would be nice to watch some entertaining football though.

Only person I can think of xavi, because he's so radically different that it's the only chance of yielding a positive result. Everyone else is too close to a previous appointment and they've been proven not to work under our unique position. Glasner et al will struggle for the same reasons folks have struggled in the past. Xavi at least brings a radically different approach and aura that will fail spectacularly (a la Ange) but we might get a couple of moments of hope (a la Ange)

No secret I never wanted Frank.
Wasn't really willing to give him a chance because it was obvious what was going to happen. He's massively out of his depth. There is no semblance of progress. If anything we've gone backwards after spending 200m. Sacking Ange was correct but employing an inferior coach was an act of self harm. Frank won't be here in the summer so no harm putting our hands up and saying that was a mistake. No Mason to turn to and most of the backroom are Frank's men baring Matt Wells. Maybe let him have a go. Can't be any worse than Frank. Another interim option could be Southgate. I don't paticularly like him or want him but he's well respected within football. Marco Rose also a good interim option.
