V.hard to tell if he's actually any good or not.
He comes across as very professional but his vibe is extremely generic and corporate. Linkedin channeled through a sentient being. Hard to get a read on the man behind the bland schmooze.
My sense is he'll probably be good at the 'building a corporate structure' stuff, modernising our setup and putting together a solid backroom of execs - which is seemingly what he's been up to recently. But on the surface he certainly doesn't come across like a guy who has a deep grasp of football.
That said, it's not really his job to know the football side inside out in our new structure - that should be Paratici's thing. Levy was very old school in that respect and couldn't help but stick his nose in and meddle with the football side, despite knowing fuck all. We should really be judging the dual sporting directors moving forward if our transfers/managerial appointments are shit.
