Yeah. Or sign RKM. I expect there is more chance of that than Kane coming back in the summer.

Question is if we had a fully fit Solanke and RKM, and we sell Richie, would we need to buy another no9? Could Scarlett finally step up - if "not yet" he needs to leave Spurs. Feels like we need two proper functioning no9s and a proper prospect back-up
Melia will arrive in January.

There's obviously a step up from the league of Ireland. But he should at least get to try and showcase himself before we decide on where to loan him out.

Leave him be at Rangers for one more season, let him comeback a man and ready. He has done the hard work of moving to a big club in Scotland, playing for a shit manager out of position and now has a good manager and learning his trade in the senior league. Next season is the season he can hopefully dominate and come back to us with good senior experience. Don’t bring him back to sit on the bench.

Just noticed that not only is Robbie Keane the manager but Ferenc also have green and white hooped jerseys.
1-1 HT. MM still on bench 51 mins.

Hopefully two seasons at Rangers will be the making of the man. It’s a huge club and a pressurised environment. I just hope that he can progress technically in and amongst what is a pretty dreadful quality side. They’re sitting 34th out of 36 FFS in a pretty ropey Europa League.

No send fucking players like Johnson tel and Wilson out on loan or sell them if some offers a third of what we paid for them. I can’t believe some of the fan base make so many excuses for those 3 especially saying they are still young. Mikey is 18 and now playing in the SPL. Get him back next season no need to send him on loan again. If we bin the above 3 he will see plenty of minutes. We can’t keep sending our academy players out on loan all the time. In the mean time we spend big on other youngsters do our boys never get a look in. I wonder if Mikey and tel or Wilson were swapped and we bought him and had the other two in our academy. I wonder what most fans would think of each player. I bet everyone would say they can see a player in Mikey and the other two need a loan.

A few years on loan is absolutely fine for young talents. It's what Chelsea did with basically an entire team of youngsters that later became regulars/sold for big money: Mount, James, Gallagher, Tomori, Abraham, etc. It's what we did with Kane. It's what Woolwich did with Saliba.

Why do you think loans are bad for our academy youngsters? Unless Mikey is of the required quality to get regular minutes across an entire season at Spurs, all we'll do by rushing him back is hurt his development. Much better for him to get regular minutes in the SPL or the Championship than sit on our bench. If he was putting up Estevao numbers and absolutely ripping up the SPL I'd agree with you but he looks like he's still got a way to go before he's PL level imo.

As for Tel and Wilson, I absolutely agree - we really should be loaning one of those two. Johnson meanwhile just needs to be sold.

Moore is not a better player right now than those three. Certainly not based on what I saw of him last season. (though I agree Johnson should be sold, and Tel was a waste of money)

Moore is loan material again next season, barring incredible progress between now and then. My concern would be whether 2 years at Rangers would be good training for him tbh. Yes, it would toughen him up, but technically?
