Frank wouldn’t know elite talent if it slapped him in the face.

He’s a fucking nerd who sees football totally through the prism of his data bank.

Probably got nutmeg rushed on the playground once too many times and that started his villain arc.

Maybe but it's the job of the DOF and football department to identify elite talent and for the owners to pay to bring them to the club. Frank is neither here nor there in that context - unless it's your belief that we are stacked with talent and only need to find the right coach?

I'm torn because as you say, it not Frank that made Muani completely miscontrol the pass on a plate to him when he was through on goal.

And it wasn't Frank that made Richarlison fail to find the two Spurs players completely free in the penalty area from 10 yard.

Having said all that, I've not seen football this negative at Spurs without results for a long long time.

The number of times we passed back to keeper from the halfway line was just getting embarrassing in that match.
I’d like to see the stats on it and also from
Where the ball originally started to ending up with Vic. We often have the ball in oppo half and end up with Vic to boot.

I am not comfortable with the personal epithets being hurled at Frank here. Having said that, he will never, for me, be suitable to manage Tottenham Hotspur. He just doesn't fit. That is no reflection on who he is as a person. He's most likely a lovely man. It's just that he is a mediocre and timid manager who needs to be sacked now. As far as I am concerned, he is a:

I feel sorry for frank. We've lost our two best attackers in the last 3 years and his three best front players have all been injured since the start of the season. Replaced with uninspiring signings. Sure another manager might have us 1-2 places higher but some of you need to get a grip if you think these players are good enough to turn up week in week out.
That's a fair point. My beef with Frank is we can still have a go, I mean c'mon even Tamworth had a go, even with inferior players a team can still fight, we've had inferior players to Manchester City squad for squad for a long time, but we still give them a game to remember. I don't like using this word in this context but we have no spunk.

Legit question. Who on our team can you see scoring the goal brobbey did today?

Certainly not richarlison, Odobert, Tel.

We are very behind in the player department and it’s a worry. Looking at managerless Chelsea, they’ve got Cole Palmer and Reece James, Enzo, Estavao, all become our best player alongside VdV. Pedro Neto is better than all our wingers.

It’s dire. We are well off and maybe havent even hit bottom.
Odobert and Tel can both score those, as can Muani and Xavi. The issue is that we don’t play the ball through the middle, shoot from range, or even play through balls. The only thing we do is cross it, or if that fails hope for set pieces.

We can’t score those goals mainly because of Frank

I’m just back from a freezing afternoon at the stadium, and honestly, I’m still trying to process how that slipped away.

The First Half: High Intensity, Zero Edge

We started exactly how we wanted to, on the front foot and playing with genuine intensity. Our press was working; we forced several turnovers in dangerous areas, but poor quality haunted us in the final third.

Whether it was a moment of hesitancy, an unnecessary extra touch, or just poor decision-making, we failed to capitalise on the chaos we created. This is where it falls on both the quality of the squad and the coaching. The patterns of play are not there to get us into the box, the "final ball" feels like it's lacking the clinical drilling required at this level.

The Half-Time Shift

I don’t know what was said in that locker room at half-time, but the second half felt like a recurring nightmare. It looked eerily similar to the dying days of the Jose, Conte, and Ange eras—a passive, nervy energy that invited Sunderland back into the game.

Accountability: Players & Frank

I’m tired of blaming just the dugout. The players have to be held accountable for letting the opposition dictate the tempo in the second half. Whatever the game plan was, the execution was non-existent.

That said, Frank isn't off the hook. I’m holding him just as responsible for the tactical shift (or lack thereof) at the break and the timing of the substitutions. We looked unbalanced and lost the midfield battle entirely.

Key Takeaways from the Cold:

• The Gray Factor: We were nowhere near as fluid or composed without Archie Gray. He’s becoming the glue that keeps the transition play together.

• The Tel substitution: Contrary to what some might think, we were definitely not a better side without Mathys Tel today. We lacked that spark of unpredictability upfront. He brought some urgency and attacking to the left side that we had been missing.

A disappointing day out. We have the intensity, but until we find the clinical edge and the mental fortitude to kill games off, we’re just repeating the same mistakes.

Overall it’s an improvement on the recent drab performances. It’s a long way from good enough.
Without Tel we really lack a player who visibly wants to win. I know that sounds mad, but you can see he has that bit about him. He needs to play alongside Xavi, Odobert, Gray and Bergvall. The way forward is to trust those we have invested in, and give them a chance to grow. Falling back on Bentancur (who isn’t the same player we signed), Palhinha, etc doesn’t benefit us. Kinsky should also start in goal so we can actually make the most of playing out.

Let’s get rid of him and bring in Iraola and watch him have the same problems with this group of players. They’re shite. The manager might not be up to it but I’m one million percent sure these players aren’t either.

Well bring someone else in and watch them be as bad.

I'm not saying Iraola is the answer but at least he has an attacking mindset. That would make a big difference to the players and fans

Just because Ange didn't have the ability to get the balance right between attack and defence shouldn't mean we abandon the basic requirement of football that is exciting to watch.

The board have to get this simple requirement right, with every managerial appointment

Wharton would be a great signing but I think the reason why we have so few progressive passes is because we're set up to play diabolically shit football. Stick Wharton in this side and whilst we'll improve, he'd fall off overnight thanks to Frank.
Frank would've turned Maradona into Davinson Sanchez.

Zidane into Chiriches.

Ronaldo Fenomeno into Mabizela.

Cruyff into Rasiak.

Not even the fucking size of his ears...?
They are FREAKISHLY BIG!

If this was 1896 he'd be in the circus cage next to the Elephant Man... who was also - by all accounts - a lovely man... But I wouldn't want John Merrick managing Spurs either....

... being nice and lovely was never a criteria for professional football management at the highest level!

Frank probably adopts stray kittens and helps at the local homeless shelter soup kitchen over Christmas...
But he's a cowardly, stat driven, xG obsessed magnetic tactics board football coach with no desire to attack or go for the jugular...
His killer instinct is non existent, in case it offends the opposition, with whom he seems to have an over analytical obsession with...

WE NEED MORE CUNTS...
