Solksjaer will be a breath of fresh air. They have Mbuemo, Cunha, Sesko, Amad, Bruno. With a more attacking manager they can cook. Amorim was a wet blanket playing 5 defenders and 2 DM's at home against wolves.
Not sure what is so fresh about recycling Ole yet again , fresh as a pot noodle .

Ole aside, as he actually did quite well for them given his relative experience, this chase for someone that "gets the club" or knows "the United way" is going to hamstring them for eternity.
It is the same for most clubs that demand or adhere to a club "way" IMO. West Ham, Ajax, Barcelona and at risk of getting a bit uncomfortable, us.
Having a "club way" is a nice buzzword when things are going well. But when things do not work it quickly becomes a stone around everyone involveds neck as they swim up stream.
Not to mention that all of the best managers over the last 30 years or so. Pep, Klopp, Jose, Conte and Ferguson himself, all gave zero shit about how things had been done before and made it abundantly clear that they were going to do things their way. A manager will only be successful if he has the confidence to implement his own style/system/way and the backing from the office to do it.
That doesn't mean disrespecting the club's history. It is about building on it rather than being a slave to it.
