At the end of last season there was a winning manager, a winning squad with one of the best defences in Europe ( when all were on the pitch), a squad 100% behind the manager, a tremendously talented pool of young players and an attacking style of play. Now, none of that.

Zero chance of attracting decent payers to Spurs, we'll struggle to retain the current best players.
100% spot on! Last season was a chance to build, to move forward. Now seemingly all gone, with players done with all the crap that comes at Tottenham.

Moving from a high pressing, attacking football, to something we all know doesn't work. It's absolutely lunacy but so many of our fanbase seem to be such muppets these days - nibbling up anything the media regurgitates! Can't think for themselves at all, would rather be a club in constant turmoil it seems!!

Yeah they can only resort to personals to get their point across, I think folk who dont rate Ange obviously have a personal problem with alphas, strange behavior indeed!
On one note, slag off our ownership, Lange, Vini etc - fair enough imo. Yet when we have a PROPER leader, who is seemingly very smart, telling us what we need and creates a plan, attempting to move the club in a direction as a whole - he's hounded out.

This man was proven winner, played the game to a high level - unlike Frank! Had a wealth of experience, and yeah like you said. Was a PROPER LEADER. Undoubtedly so...

He showed enough to be given the chance to lead us into his 3rd season, to build. All these NUMPTIES call for a manager like Arteta but forget it took like 3 seasons for him to build everything up and get consistently good and they were in a better position than us to begin with.

We've thrown it all away, and Tottenham fans have got exactly what they deserve. We are, and have been for a long time now some of the worst fans in the fucking league.

Ange was massively flawed but theres legit over emotional people in this fanbase who would still take this clown we have now over him purely because agenda, funny stuff.

Ange being marginally better than Frank isn’t any vindication of Ange. Ange went to Forest, failed with a side Nuno had success with and Dyche is getting more out of and hasn’t been hired since.

Thank you for the Europa league, get stuffed with the Prem shambles

Their only intent is trolling. They're not interested in adding anything to this forum except sparkimg arguments for their own amusement.

I just can't be doing with these people.

You're in a thread which isn't even in Spurs chat about our ex manager you and your ilk have made it abundantly clear you don't like and you'll abuse and shoot down anyone who happens to have a difference of opinion than you and yet you have the cheek to talk about trolling, fuck off.

You people are so unhinged it's actually incredible, there is such a thing of ignoring the thread, or ignoring the posts or posters but your agenda reeks of so much shit so much so you're going out if your way to be offended.

Professional victims.

Saying Ange is marginally better than Frank is like saying chlamydia is marginally better than syphilis

At the end of last season there was a squad that got battered 4-1 by Brighton, with 1 win in 12 games. Or 5 wins in 25.

"But injuries" would have carried over to this season - except, I fully suspect - that adding to the total absence of Kulusevski, Solanke, Maddison, and Son, there's absolutely no chance that VdV and Romero would have kept fit doing several half-length pitch sprints per game.

So we'd have a worse selection of players that people think are somehow responsible for the 5 in 25, which by that evidence would be the same kind of form again.

e.g. Nottingham Forest

To be fair, I'm having a bit of fun and trolling a bit but not cos I thought Ange shouldn't have been sacked.

It's the fact we've replaced him with Frank that is the issue. There has been absolutely no improvement.

The answer there was; "quiet piggy".

You missed your chance.
