When you behave like he does, that's rude and out of order to everyone at the club...the owners, the board, the coaching staff, the medical team, your teammates...and the fans.

And it ain't just Spurs, he's had issues with Mali too. He got dropped as captain a year or so ago...think he wasn't even getting picked no more. Can't say he shone at this year's AFCON either, getting sent off stupidly and letting his team down...again. There were also attitude issues at Lille.

I'm just sick and tired of him...but mainly of the club not being decisive enough when faced with such bad apples. And before some on here say I'm not charitable, how many chances has he had?! But I guarantee you if he plays vs Spam and/or Burnley and does well, all will be forgiven for some and they'll say give him a new deal.

As for his alleged mental heath issues, I ain't buying it. I fully believe Richy has his troubles, but Biss is just using it as a cop out and a way to clean up his rep.

He has been selected for the national team, I think, because of this exact utility. Great for intl squads to have someone who can play multiple positions (and notable he isnt first choice, isnt it?)

Part of the reason Porro will be preferred at RB Ive already stated - he is much better going forward. That is what Ange wanted from a full back, and what Frank NEEDS from a fullback

Ive said also, I want to see him play RB more, Im just not seeing anything deeper than the obvious, thats all

We should have been buying a left back first week of the window. It’s arguably the weakest part of our team

I also think his histrionics and poor form have more to do with Romero and Bentancur's new pay deals than anything else.

If Porro contractually has to play, and (deliberately chose) to give less than 100%, until he got better remuneration or a transfer, he is holding quite a strong hand.

Strongest evidence yet that the Spurs fanbase remains undefeated in the face of adversity and hasn't descended into Qanon levels of insanity instead remaining calm, rational and even handed about the difficulties we face. :cautious:
