He has to go, sorry. It's not personal, I don't hate him, he took the opportunity of a lifetime, he's just not up to it.
I still can't tell you what Frank is trying to do.
Setting us up as a punching bag each match regardless of who we play can't be a strategy.
Normal clubs would give him the sack. It shows that we back managers, it also shows that we accept mediocre results. This was one of the worst teams in the league.

I understand the feeling of some that the team is absolutely awful, so what is sacking another manager going to do?
But there needs to be a line drawn in the sand after a certain point. A message to the players that are here and any prospective people we want to bring here.. That we don't accept this level, and this not where we think we belong. You can't be this poor and wake up tomorrow, with business as usual. Because if you just sleepwalk and let this become the norm (which it's threatening to do so considering it's been 14 months of atrocious league performances).. Then this becomes what we are, rather than a temporary drop off.
