xG isn't perfect, it has flaws, but over time it´s a decent metric to tell how good a team is performing. And we have regualarly lost on xG this season. We're 14th but it's not like we have been unlucky and should be higher in the table based on the underlying numbers. If anything we were pretty lucky in the beginning of the season and got more points than we deserved and it has started to catch up now.
