Relentless this isnt it. Two years of just incessant injury after injury. We got one back and then another one or two get crocked.
He's been playing through a groin injury since Bournemouth according to Fotbollskanalen's sources. But has played on painkillers because of the injury situation.
Not sure on the timeline but the Romero bit seems to be accurate. Bergvall did go down, get treatment and then kept playing for a bit before going out again.
The lad needs proper recovery time, i know we havent had the luxury but he needs it for himself but also for the long term longevity of him for us

In a weird way, a season without Europe would be good for a lot of the players. Just for their rest and recovery.

These injuries are absolutely absurd, though. 3 years running now - wtf is going on at this club?!
He is young enough (and thus dumb enough) to think that he can play through an injury. So both narratives make sense imo.
As for the crisis. I think that a lot of blame can be put on the expanded UEFA schedule. Almost all of the teams in Europe have some form of injury crisis.
