Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I must admit, apart from VdV, if Spurs were to sell any of the others, I wouldn't lose any sleep, because every single one of them is either poor, average, inconsistent, or injury-prone. If Xavi can keep it going i.e. improving game on game, and Solanke can remain injury free, they can stay, but I still wouldn't cry if they were sold.

We need players who are going to show up, week in week out, or any manager is going to struggle. You almost need a clean slate at this club, which has falled so far behind everyone else, it's almost impossible to end up this bad if you actually tried.

This one stinks of pure desperation and lack of ambition

Seen it mentioned a few times in recent days

Player has a rare purple patch in a midtable side, what are the chances were we to buy him he would continue?

And not become just another body in the squad we struggle to move on, getting in the way of us buying real quality?
He has been a 9 or 10 goals a season player, not bad from midfield. His early career was wrecked by injury otherwise he would have had a good career with Liverpool or one of the top clubs. His goal return in international football is decent as well.

I completely agree we need to get to a place where players firstly stay fit - my God, we suffer so many injuries, but also we lack consistent performers. I exclude nobody from criticism here, but maybe that's a construct of the overall team.

Finding a manager who can create a team/squad of players who can be relied on to give their best more often than not remains the biggest challenge by far. We are nowhere near that point.

Fotmob - (G/A) (domestic league and cups)
25/26 - 9/5
24/25 - 6/1
23/24 - 5/9
22/23 - 3/3
21/22 - 11/20 (Championship season)

I dont think he is a bad player, I just think he is VERY average, and having a purple patch right now

Not who/what we need, IMO

Next season (if we are still in this league) i would:

100% sell
Davies
Romero
Dragusin
Bentancur

Probably sell
Vicario (although i rate him)
Richi (although i rate him)

Loan
Tel
Gray
Why would you loan out Grey?
He's been a regular this season and keep on getting better. Unless a new head-coach comes in and don't rate I would not loan him out.
And if Tel keep on improving I see no reason to loan him out either.

Read were after defender arujo from barca and dhuran. I would take that.
There are 2 ArAujos at Barca:
Julián Araujo.
Ronald Araújo.
I guess you mean Ronaldo though...

He's an injury record that will keep the medics at Spurs busy though

And failed, but nice try.
I'd love just a little bit of consistency amongst this fanbase, I understand that there's not an absolute crossover between who's posting what, but these views are so commonly reposted ad nauseum that there must be some Venn crossover...

We try and fail for Semenyo - it's embarrassing we missed out.
Woolwich try and fail for Tonali - Ambishun! That's what we should be doing!

We sign youngsters - what are we playing at, we need players for now!
Liverpool sign some kid called Jacket from France for next season - Look at them, proper club, filling holes!

We are linked with a player - Monitoring FC, ooh maybe we'll "insist" next, take your time Lange, SPEND THE FUCKING MONEY LEVY!
Random Tweet links Woolwich to anyone - How have they signed him! Why aren't we signing anyone, this is negligence, ENIC ARE CRIMINALS!!!

Have to wonder how some of these people function in day to day life at times.

Because you have to be realistic.

If we want to sign the new first eleven signings we desperately need we have to sacrifice players otherwise our squad would be too big.

I'm saying signing Palhinha and bringing in a forward thinking CM is a must imo. So where would that leave us at CM?

Bergvall
Sarr
Gallagher
Palhinha
Kulusevksi
Maddison
Xavi
Gray

vying for 3 positions?

Also i agree Tel is improving but if we bring in another wide player AND another striker he's not going to get opportunities to improve. Odobert as a Kudus understudy on the right is fine which means we probably need to bring in two left sided options tbh.
