Mind you it’s the same for us with Kane and Sonny . Replaced with stream of absolute shite that we can never get rid of, whilst Forest churns through players until they land some half decent ones by ruthlessly selling , buying and loaning.

Matata has had 1 good streak of goalscoring and the rest has been very poor. Not tgat strand larsen is any good mind you

The lad has managed to complete the retirement league quadrant at age 22. MLS, Saudi, Turkey and Russia with a brief stint in the PL just for funsies.

Yes, they’ve spent more money than most, if not all, the teams in the divisions they’ve moved through up until now BUT this is a really well-run club who have spent their money well and got it right on community engagement, the commercial side etc. If you want a blue-print on how to run a club, you could do far worse than look at Wrexham.

we did not replace Kane with "absolute shite".

He is apparently extremely money driven. He doesn't care about playing on the biggest stage but about the biggest pay package because he is shipping parts of it home every month.

He's essentially doing the late stage Adebayor run.
