Transfers The Winter Transfer Thread - 25/26

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I noticed you very no-so-subtly removed the quote of:

Which we couldn't do, because they were already doing that for Adebayor.

And you're also conveniently missing out the fact that £200k was not only a massive wage in 2012, but that it would also come with a transfer free. Because smart people blow the lid off the club finances to sign players who have refused to play for their parent club.
But of course, all you're doing is proving that some idiots still believe it was possible, 14 years later :harrylol:
It's not-so 'not' no-so... what are you?
And for the record, I mentioned that quote in my response... what are you?
Am I missing out the fact his signing would come with a transfer fee... no, read my post again. The fee wasn't the problem. The wages were. You seem to revel in being the forum idiot... carry on... I'm sure Sir Keir has a place in his cabinet for you.

The only positive is the academy products getting chances which is nice tbf

Will they, though?!

We have shipped out pretty much anyone that can stand up straight.

And also decided that it is perfect for fighting morale to keep Kolo Muani while sending off Scarlett. And reintroduce Bissouma to give less playing time to Gray, Sarr etc. At the same time we have Williams-Barnett available but never used.

Nothing to me suggests using youth players, unless we do not have 11 fit senior players regardless of their positions.

“Those at Tottenham Vinai and others are moving towards a “big summer”

We deserve to be eternally laughed at

Not to say I believe this - but I have been thinking similar

Frank has fucked them with his poor performance

I think theyve been keeping their powder dry while they work out if theyre going to sack him

Or, more specifically, waiting to see if we will make them sack him

Same as I dont agree with Poch coming back - its looking increasingly like thats the move the club are making.

And, like everything else, it wont be for footballing reasons - itll be to get us back onside

I think the corporate thinking here is

"we tried" - hang Frank out to dry and take all the flack - get to seasons end - sack Frank - Hire Poch - Spend big = PR disastercalss

Is it even believable that Lange is the competent one!?
Im Not No Way GIF

3 made the bench, 1 the pitch sunday, when they'd usually be absolutely nowhere near .
Great for them

I mean, if there's minutes to be had for him here then isn't that just as, if not more, beneficial to him?

Or are we simply accepting now that every player is better off being trained elsewhere as for some reason we are cursed to never have anyone improve under our own roof???
maybe. Just figure he isn't the answer (yet) to drastically improving the left wing
