The most serious problem as I see it at this time is the morale of the squad, it’s at rock bottom. And that’s down to Frank.

Romero would be better served doing his job better as captain, and giving stronger consideration about how he chooses to make any points on the squad.
I think various points have been made and Romero is playing somewhat to the audience and deflecting from himself.
That's simply unacceptable.
You can make a point without such language, surely.
Don’t think I’ve ever hated a manager as much as this guy.
Inspires zero confidence, charisma of a cum bubble, zero personality, no discernible leadership skills, tactics are utter wank and gives off serious cuck vibes.
Imagine playing for this wet wipe. My fear is that ENIC love having a spineless worm as their manager who will bend over and take it.
Your hatred should be aimed at the owners
Frank didn't hire himself
Same applies for people that hate the players. Lange as well for that matter.Your hatred should be aimed at the owners

The owners have done him dirty but he shouldn’t be here anyway. He doesn’t have what’s required to manage a big club especially one as dysfunctional as ours. You have to be charismatic and get the players to believe in you, he simply hasn’t done that and isn’t capable of doing it. He’s asking the lads to play small-time football just like Moyes at United. They are never going to respect that.
This isn’t a smart thing to say when the team is underperforming so badly.

No

Frank now appears to be the most unpopular manager we've had since Graham. Which got me thinking... is there any viable redemption arc for him? Is there any scenario outside of winning the Champions League which would trigger a second season... there are 14 games to go, if we got 30 points from those 14 it would get us to 59 points and probably 8th. And you would assume the football would be better as we wouldn't be getting 30 points playing the bollocks we've seen all season. Would that be good enough for a second season. Personally, I still see that as failure. Not finishing top six is failure and you don't move the goalposts because the first half of the season has been shite. Outside lifting the Champions League trophy, I don't see a way back.
The worst element is we only seem to look good when we are 2 goals down and throw his system out of the window and go for it. It shows the players are playing against themselves, the tactics don’t fit but he isn’t a real pragmatist like Redknapp he won’t change his system to fit, instead he will continue with the low block boot it forward style in the hope it will eventually click.

I think he’s suffering from imposter syndrome.Just watched the conference. He had a mini disaster there.
Guy is well out of his depth on how to deal with these big club problems and questions that come with it
