I honestly think Harry Redknapp’s the best option out here for this, I’ve said it for weeks. We don’t need some young modern, data led, buzzword speaking tactico, we need a man manager who can come in, lift the mood, get the players fighting for him, ease some of the anxiety in the stands, handle the media and create a siege mentality shared between him, the players and us against everyone else. Harry will do that.
I can get behind this.

Didn't he say that he'd love to do it for a bit?

:harrylol:

The point is he plays a possession based style with high goal chance creation that will suit this squad and allow us to plug some wins together to avoid relegation.
Playing that at Barcefuckinglona, and then a bit at Al Sad (did anyone actually watch his side there???) is a far cry from demonstrating he's capable of achieving it anywhere of note, let alone at 16th place Spurs in the PL where the players have forgotten how to use a flaming football...

It’s mad enough that they would do it

I’d give Robbie Keane a try before RDZ

But surely they have a better option??

Xavi Alonso and Xavi both sitting right there

I do like xavi but it's the wrong time now for him, they needed to sack Frank back in December for that to work.
Could've played out the Christmas fixtures then made the squad adjustments in January

Now we just need someone who can motivate, knows England and isn't a coward imo

Why wasnt this posted last week. Clickbait shite

Use some critical thinking here. Gold has obviously had this info ready to go for a while but he was waiting for Frank to be sacked.

He is a club journalist who is nothing without his sources. He can't put out stuff like that whilst he was still in his job. He has to interact with Frank every week. Now he's gone he is free to say he lost the dressing room.

I have no reason to disbelieve it, it's been fucking clear for months something was wrong behind the scene. That Frank alienated large sections of the squad with poor man management makes total sense.

It's a real conundrum, Obviously the summer is perfect to appoint someone, but who can look after the team to keep us up in the meantime. I hate to think us scrambling about again for sloppy seconds now. Gamble relegation with Heitinga then Poch or DeZerbi full time now?

Last night this total prick had the opportunity to combine Souza and Tel against Trippier and he chose to play Spence out of position and Bissouma. Coward.
We have to get an attacking manager to replace him.
