14 years ago to the day. Ironically at home to Newcastle. Remember how fucking incredible we were that day, before Redknapp started flirting with England and our form went to shit.

Anyway. Poch back in the summer please. Complete rebuild.

Until then, just an interim to keep us up. Surely there's someone out there who could do that.
I remember that match very well, Adebayor was immense.

I hope all this talk of Poch returning next season is just something to fill up the backpages. He was a serial loser with us when it came to the big games. He was lucky that his first season coincided with the rise of Kane. Not winning anything never seemed to bother him. In fact, he looked like he was afraid to take on bigger expectations.

He couldn’t even win ligue 1 when he first went to PSG and couldn’t even reach the QF of Champions league with neymar mbappe messi in the team.

At chelsea, he spent 450m and finished 6th.

Poch gave us great memories. Let’s leave it at that.
Before joining us Southampton got there best season finish under him. Some managers are lucky & have an element of being in the right time at the right place. He inherited a squad with some troublesome characters and filtered out the wheat from the chaff. He took us to good heights as our boss and we had some great players in there. Yes we lost a few finals under him but you only have to look at the quality & investment of the teams we lost to realise he was almost fighting with one arm behind his back.
Now the way I see things is he was held back by the clubs lack of investment in our squad, you look at Liverpool and the investment in improvement, Chelsea, City & United and those cunts neighbouring us in North London.

I'm not sure your Nationality but under Poch Tottenham had quite a few players in the England squad and he seemed to nurture their talent Kane, Dele, Dier, Rose, Walker (who we lost when city bought him).

At PSG did they get knocked out by peps Man City?

Can't really comment much regarding his Chelsea tenure but can't help feeling the board/Todd Boehly overpaid for any
player and he had too many new recruits to form proper cohesion.

Personally i would like the board to give him another go

Glasner next season would be the best possible result I can see the club managers achieve. This is such a low point in the club's history I feel bad for anyone taking the job

This is such nonsense. Are NLD's not big games? First manger to go unbeaten against them in 5 games if I remember correctly. You could bring me back some of that serial loser compared to now.
