Correct. He has his legacy of the stadium and facilities which is good but ENIC don’t know their arse from their elbow. Our total lack of football strategy with Levy and now seemingly post Levy is a big testament to ENIC’s failure.
This was always my problem with Levy. His two hats.
As head of a footballing organisation, he underperformed.
As head of an investment company, he overperformed.
Not great for us plebs though.

The boldened part is another big reason I think for why we struggle so much.
Whoever is in charge of Spurs isn't just in charge of a football club. You also run a entertainment complex and a all of the other stuff that is tacked on.
Our current structure doesn't have someone who's sole mandate and focus is the football club. Something which Vinai to his credit seems to have pointed out based on the leaks from yesterday.
How can you be expected to run a well functioning football club when you also have to run all of the other stuff?
ENIC need to go but if they want to save themselves a headache in the short term they need to appoint one person who is solely focused on the football business, and another person to handle the rest.
