It is so utterly indicative of this club that they have had months to think about sacking Frank, they have now done so, but seem to have no actual plan who to replace him with.

Fucking utter farce, that sums up how this club has got itself in the mess it is in.
I mean, I'm gonna give them the benefit of the doubt that they have some idea of who they might want to bring in / have a shortlist.

It's not like we're going to be the most attractive club to join at the moment.

If they didn’t have someone lined up then they shouldn’t have sacked Frank. It’s idiotic.
I'm not sure if anyone would have someone specifically lined straight up mid season as such. I'm pretty sure they would have started a shortlist a few weeks ago at least.

I know Forest have appointed someone quickly, but their mafia owner gets through them so quickly he probably has a list that he crosses them off one by one and moves on to the next.

No one is ever proven innocent in a criminal case in the US/UK. That's not how the system is designed to work.

Fact is that Greenwood never went trial, much less was convicted. While it's very likely he did sexually assault his now-wife in some way, no one will have any idea unless one of them talks about it.
The now-wife did in fact talk about it. She just back tracked when her disgusting shit stain of a father instructed her to keep her mouth shut to keep the money stream coming in.

Don’t expect anything to be announced in the next few days. This will drag on as it’s what every other club wouldn’t let happen. We don’t do the right things or make the right decisions quick enough. I’d guess Monday at the very earliest before anything is sorted. Just switch off for a few days. We all deserve a rest 😂

I agree. Wouldn’t be surprised if we are all still here in a week’s time waiting for news.

The thing is, ultimately, Poch never failed with us. We had a Champion League final hangover which caused a bad patch at the beginning of the next season, which I'm sure we would have got through had we give him the time - if there was ever a manager to give time to, it was Poch then. I think he's got to be given a another stab just for that. And despite what people will say, we have plenty of top talent at the club for Poch to do something with.
Poch gave a press conference before Madrid where he basically said he was done with Spurs.

He then shit the bed in team selection and we managed to lose a match largely ruined by an early dodgy penalty.

Afterwards, Poch didn't get the Madrid job he wanted and didn't feel like he could walk away as planned (because we lost) and thus he returned - seemingly very reluctantly and mentally checked out. Results were shit and it wasn't really an outlier - his league results going back the previous season were poor and had been declining for some time.

With a flailing squad, poor results, and a seemingly uninterested manager we made the right decision and moved on.

Mourinho (ubercunt) had won everywhere and had told the club he could get our squad over the hump and to the finish line. He failed that self-set test, and we've been wandering in the forest ever since.

But sacking Poch at that time was the correct decision. He'd already quit, he was just showing up and collecting a cheque.
