He's getting 8m a season. I don't feel one bit sorry for him. He will leave now and walk off with 18m pay out. Plus another 6m for his back room staff... what a complete waste of 9 months and approx 40m.. 10m to get him and his team out of Brentford, 12m pay to date and 18m payoff.
Surely for the money it’s cost the club someone should be held responsible. Namely Vinai and Lange esp if the stories out today are true that they STILL wanted him to stay. It was the Enic people on the board who wanted him gone. In any other business if someone cost the company they sort of money they would fired straight away. Repeating myself but who thought it would be a good ideas to bring all his back room team at vas expense. What experience and qualifications did they have to be at a club like spurs. May be bring one or two but this many. Did they even apply and have interviews for the jobs.

The guy came in thinking he was managing a relegation candidate. The players probably lost interest after 3 games.
For transparency vinai should be forced to release his 30 point selection plan and let us all see exactly how Frank was by miles the outstanding candidate. I want to know how and which buffoons came to their judgements. In football experience and knowledge.

Absolutely the number , could not be more excited and one the main points development of young players. Did he do that at Brentford especially clubbtrained. Not Bradford have many players coming through their ranks. He was so lazy and couldn’t be bothered with our youth he binned them all. Surely vinai , Lange and commits have thought hold on we got you bcos you are meant to be really good developing young players.

This is what killed him ultimately. Asking players at a team like Spurs to play underdog against teams who are evenly matched or even inferior was never going to sit well with the players or fans. Weak mentality.

There's defensive football and then there is coward football and that's what we were playing. It's no wonder it looked confusing because the players would have been in two minds themselves.
Wolves had more of the ball than we did I think in the home match

Who wrote that? Seems bang on the money!

Few months? Few weeks more like. My alarms started really going during the Villarreal game, late feckin September. I'd not seen a more clueless outing in a very long time, and sadly, it got worse.

This was always the danger. We knew the players loved Ange, and the replacement had to be the right profile. Hiring a little data nerd who let himself be completely walked over was not it. I know most people here brushed off the VdV and Spence snub, but that was blatant insubordination l, and doing nothing there probably made him look like a complete pushover.

The snub wad daming. In so much in the fact it happened, but also Frank didn't appear to do anything about it.

I remember arguing with someone about it on here, and they were insisting it was a storm in a tea cup...I mean ffs.

I knew there and then he wasn't lasting here and it was a huge symptom of unrest.

You might have been talking to the same person as I was. If I did that in my job, I'd be sacked. And then for the manager to say immediately, that it was nothing, was so weak.
All he had to say was that it would be discussed in house, they both miss a game or get a fine and and at least you have authority. He was a door matt. He's obviously lost the dressing room before that.

Think the Frank and Nuno appointments have killed stone dead the idea that we ever need manager with "proven PL experience".

It means absolutely nothing if the size of club and expectations are poles apart yet I suspect it was one of the main reasons Frank got the job.

The day after.

He a fucking charlatan.

Did they discuss his success at Forest per chance?

Why don't you try watching it instead of mouthing off?

He said nothing controversial at all - unless you have your snout up Enic's arsehole and like being told we're competing for Top 4 when we refuse to pay Top 4 wages.

Fuck me the hypocrisy. We are literally actually in a relegation battle now and you guys won't accept reality.
