Are you actually reading and comprehending my posts? My last 3 posts I've literally explained why he didn't scale from Brentford to Spurs, what are we doing here?
Now actually this is an interesting point about Brentford, the environment over there is obviously very healthy but I don't suddenly think that Keith Andrew is a better coach than Frank - I think both coaches are benefitting from the environment of the club and the good work by the board over there - I still think you need relative coaching skill to work in the Premier League and manage players at the top level - IMO you can't be a bad coach if that's the case.

"Bad" is relative, of course - but my opinion of him now having seen him up close is far lower than it was in the summer
He's not even instilling basics in our team - that's more than environmental

Brentford have their set piece coach running the team, a team less it's 3 best players Frank benefitted from, doing far better than Frank ever did
I don't think it's unfair to question just how much Frank had to do with the success at Brentford. Dean, Warburton, Rosler - where are they now?
At this point I'm wondering if Frank will disappear into obscurity as well

He's a nice, solid guy who came in with honest intentions, as a seasoned prem manager who has played competitive football and is well respected by other managers in the league.
Was handicapped starting without Maddison, Solanke and Kulu and zero functioning final third.
He did not navigate and mitigate subsequent injury challenges well, mind, resisting loosening his micro-tinkering approach game-to-game.
But attempting to rewrite his history and force-erase his achievements at Brentford to reduce him to just some sort of janitor is so bizarre to watch.

I do not like Frank at all, as a coach, or what I’ve seen of him as a person, but I’d never consider judging him, or anyone else, on an eight game stint. That’s just for the agenda driven mob of idiots.
I think there’s some suggestion that at Brentford specifically the coach isn’t the biggest piece of the jigsaw.

For me, people are probably underestimating how good Brentford's players are in comparison to ours. We've recruited terribly even though we paid big fees, yet Brentford have done the exact opposite. All of this has fuck all to do with managers to an extent. We genuinely finished 8th with Kane and Son, sold Kane, slipped behind Brentford, sold Son, sold Johnson, etc...

We have recruited terribly but our players arent terrible if that makes sense, vast majority of them haven't improved because there's the culture is rotten and there's no sustainability or strategy, this was happening before Frank btw. We haven't seen a general long term improvement across the squad since Pochettino.
Having said that this season is probably the worst coaching performance Ive ever seen from a manager.
