Match Tottenham Hotspur vs Woolwich Sunday 22nd Feb 16:30

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Sunday is a ‘free hit’. We have more winnable games in the next 6 weeks. This game is about enjoying a chance to put one over Woolwich with no pressure. It’s about the fans enjoying a home game for the first time in a long time. Frank is gone and we have a manager who will encourage our players to go for it. The players will feel a weight has been lifted from their shoulders. The shackles are off. The fans will be raucously behind them. After the Wolves draw, Woolwich have all the pressure on them, in an intimidating and hostile environment. My only concern is injuries and suspensions - we cannot afford to get any more.

It's the hope that kills you. Their current performances are building a nice bit of hope for us that past experience tells me will be dashed against the rocks on Sunday.
I'm sort of with you here... a lot depends on how they react to last night. They were meek and pretty flat. If they are anything like that then they're bang in trouble but there is also an opportunity for them to prove they have the minerals. In effect this is either the perfect game for them or the last game they would want right now. Four weeks ago, this was a shoe in 3 points for them... now, I'm not so sure. I hope our player smell fear and really go at them... they are wound so tight you can easily get one of them sent off... easily. As Mourinho says... go our there and be cunts, not stupid cunts, clever cunts...

This is how we all want it to pan out... but if we go 2-0 down after 15 we should not be all doom and gloom. If Wolves can drag themselves back, so can we...

Edit: then sack that greasy thundercunt Vinai (who'll already be crying) immediately after the final whistle. And do it very publicly.

Every fcuking incentive for our players.

What I have never understood, especially in recent years is how much more Woolwich players seem to understand and rise to the rivalry more than our own.

I get the difference in quality but there just seems to be some degree of separation in desire as well.

I hope Tudor has quickly understood the importance of this match and how much it's as much as helping our cause as it is about putting a serious dent in that lot.

Our new manager will certainly show them his greeting card. Tudor will do everything to win the match. It won't be easy. But I believe we can have a different result from Thomas Frank's other results.

We've rolled over and had our tummies tickled the last few years against these cunts. I'm looking for fight, pride and some fucking desire to fuck these cunts over in this game. Play the dark arts like they do too.

Arghghhhhh!!!!

I was happy in my own little world a few weeks ago when I knew for sure we were just going to get thrashed by these tossers. They were flying and everything seemed to be going for them. We were in the shit with a manager who's team talks consisted of "Be more like them......"

I had accepted it and made peace with it.

Now?

I'm going to be soooo disappointed if we don't fuck them over and get at least a draw!

Damn you football - you're going to make me suffer again aren't you.

:pochcry:
