Levy and ENIC took over the club from Sugar in March 2001. Spurs finished this season in 12th position.
I would suggest it took Levy 5 years, from this position, to achieve a 5th place finish and U.E.F.A, Cup qualification, under Martin Jol, having proclaimed an ambition of regular Champions League qualification and an increase to the WHL capacity to 44,000, in the 5 year period it took to finish 5th.
Levy achieved a 17th place position last season which suggest's ENIC, without Levy, have inherited a worse situation from the miser to the one he inherited from Sugar in 2001.
