The reason why 'always something happen' is because we have a threadbare squad which doesn't allow players to recover properly hence you heighten the risk of injury or reoccurring injury.
Yet our brightspark of a DoF said we have players coming back so didn't think we should invest in the transfer window. Honestly I hate him more than the players.

100% correct, and I called it straight away. So obvious to all but the blinkered, and Salah tried it again during a subsequent encounter against us.

Romero and Palinha weren’t over played when they took each other out.
The club could build a deeper squad definitely but the squad we have available is probably a similar value to a lot of PL clubs but the squad we have injured is worth more than any full squad outside the top 6-8 in the league

Having a squad of Romero, VdV, Udogie, Bentancur, Bissouma, Gallagher, Bergvall l, Maddison, Kulusevski, Palhinha, Kudus, Idobert and claiming to be a big ambitious club is just fucking nuts.

We probably won't win by a large margin. I'm thinking about the game in our stadium and how they raged afterward when they couldn't find any reasons for their defeat.
Even if we lose, we can still gain something if we bring something resembling a plan, (the usual stuff from me), respect, and absolute determination to the pitch against a strong opponent.
You can lose games, the question is how. And if the question "how" can be answered positively, then you're on the right track.
