Just think this is a team that should be no worse off than upper end of bottom half even with injuries considering most of our players were at least mid table quality when we bought them but the consistent number of mystifying brainfarts, shutting off as soon as we take a lead or going behind and then immediately giving up our belly, the absolutely horrifying state of our home record for the last 2 years, yet turning up for the big European games under the lights, it's all indicative of a massive fucking attitude problem. We've trusted this shower to pick up enough points not to get fucking relegated for 3/4 of the season and look where we are, 29 pts after 29 games. We need to shake it up, only wish we had recalled Moore in Jan even if we had to pay for it, coming back with the wind in his sails he could 100% have contributed from the left.

Just watched the highlights on MOTD, and it looked like we had our fair share of chances, and Surprise, Surprise - a reasonably good shout for a penalty not given against VVD.

After I watched the full highlights I came to the conclusion we were unlucky not to win this match.
Well, to me it felt like a win.
Thought they were there for the taking and with a bit more quality we could have won.
If he was slow then not sure what drag and Sarr were. The way they just keep hold of the ball and never release it is so frustrating. They are not the only ones mind. If we could just release the ball quicker we could create better situations.
Proving once again how little I know. Spurs did play a little cautiously and still did well.
How was that not a penalty? I try to be fair minded and acknowledge I don't understand the rules as well as I should, but I had no doubt VAR would award a penalty on that.
You just know if it had been the other way around, it would have been awarded.

He played well today- showed a lot more skill on the ball than I can recall seeing from him before!
We win that and Forest come under immense pressure. Might even be able to drag Leeds back into it too. I hope Igor has the team repeat the same formation and approach this week so we can get some consistency.
There's a player in there for both Dragu and Vicario. Dragu is regaining long lost form, Vic would benefit from being taken out of any leadership roles and just focusing on his own performance.
I'm surprised we haven't tried Gray at RCB in a back three- I think he'd do rather well there.
Gray is almost too nice and unselfish as a player. Would be great for him to have a season somewhere where he is asked to dictate play as a pure 8, to see if he can do it. Right now he is just very deferential in CM. There's a chance a more visionary coach could get him to open up his play while with us, but it's hard for me to see it happening while he is here.
Our MF looks the best it has all season with Sarr and Gray.
