It's most likely we will get relegated because our players don't give a toss, however if we we want to stand any chance at all we need a motivator type manager prepared to take things back to absolute basics for 7 matches. We haven't got time for players to adapt to a complicated system, and we MUST stop playing players out of position. Keep it simple and pray the players start to make an effort

I kind of agree with you, but we surely have to roll the dice and try?
Dyche maybe just the right character to put an arm round the shoulder of those needing a confidence boost and a smack in the chops for those coasting!

I think a lot of them do give a toss tbh. We weren't bad against forest but we just give up easy chances to the opposition, very easy team to score against. and have been for 2 seasons now.
Romero probably doesn't care agreed, and VDV is not looking like a competent defender at all, no aerial ability, bad positioning and poor in a 1v1
Porro has never been good defensively, and vicario has fallen off a cliff
If we could score more than we concede or at least Equal it as under Ange last season then you may be okay

Can someone please remind me what I’m missing with Dyche? All I remember is him being sacked at Burnley for having them near relegation. Being sacked by Everton for the same reason. And being sacked by Forest for, guess what?

Apparently playing relegation style football with a squad built to attack and dominate games has got us in the relegation battle but because we had injuries under Ange, it’s also relegation style football that will save us from being relegated.
