is at all racist and I’ll give him full benefit of any doubt. I do think some of the comments round Spence verge on some questionable stereotypes.

But there is a difference between valid criticism and completely unwarranted and, frankly, hateful declarations made by one of the worst people on here who has a history of such postings.
Spence has just played for England - 2 years ago Genoa wouldn't pay 7 million for him and his career at the top level looked done. THat is the very opposite of the type of "attitude" that prick ascribed to him.
I honestly don't know what he excels at. He's not great going forward having created next to nothing all season and his defending is mediocre at best.
Happy for him to be one of the first out the door when this crap fest of a season is over.

True, but he has a habit of badly resting on his laurels and development stunting. He had a fantastic season in the championship & baited Warnock and then didn’t really kick on. Then when he first managed to come back in to the Spurs side he looked excellent and as if this was his time, before regressing again.
I think he pushes himself when he feels he has a point to prove and then takes his foot off the break. Either that or people just overrate his talent as he does seem to have severe deficiencies technically.
I'd agree with all of that. He's what he's always been - a decent rotation option in a good side. That he's playing (sometimes well, often average) 1st choice in a bad side is a Club problem.
He's been pretty good defensively on the whole but has made some glaring errors and tried to do too much and got caught out - but he's hardly Robinson fucking Crusoe in that respect this season is he? The whole team is performing neither any better nor any worse than he is and they're all doing dumb shit because we are fucking awful right now.
The criticism over all is way OTT (not his fault if people over-rate him ffs) but

Hes a frustrating player, eats up ground easily, a decent dribbler, good in the duel.
There was a play in the game yesterday that sums him up, where he does excellent to get on the outside of the full back only to not cross with his left where he has so much space to do so, but checks back on his right and plays back instead.
Its the same when he plays on the right aswell he just doesn't want to cross the ball.

Djed is an amazing 1v1 defender. Hes got the dribbling ability of a winger and is absolutely fucking rapid. I’ve seen him completely shackle peak Salah.
His concentration levels do my head in though. His nonchalant thing comes off like a defense mechanism at times. It’s like he’s scared to look like he’s trying too hard and doesn’t want to risk making mistakes. He leaves runners that he shouldn’t and gets caught in positions that he shouldn’t.
I can’t help thinking that if he stepped out of his comfort zones, there’s an unbelievable player in there but it’s getting later and later for him to do it.
