I think you saw one play that led to a goal where you decided he hadn’t sprinted back fast enough after trying to play the hero and go on the right wing
It’s not a one off!
He’s done exactly the same on several occasions going on brain dead excursions and making no effort to get back.
It’s nothing new, he just watched on when on the edge of the box as Bournemouth scored.
That’s not the behaviour of someone that cares about the fate of the club.
I’m not going to post anything further on it as I just get the feeling you’re baiting as you’ve called for him to lose the captaincy yourself!
The excursions aren’t borne out of a lack of effort or caring. They are frustration and a lack of discipline

I tend to agree if it’s RDZ or whoever and they come in and try to change it too much.
Needs to keep it simple and compact IMHO and get them to work harder than the opposition.
